I founded MCG Talent in Dubai in 2010 with nothing but a laptop and a network. Over 15 years I built it across the UAE, KSA, Singapore and Hong Kong, from a single-market recruiter into a recognised brand with close to one million LinkedIn followers.
In 2026 I completed a management buy-out and stepped back to build under my own name. Justin McGuire Growth & Talent Advisory is the result of 30 years in communications and talent, distilled into three things I do exceptionally well.
